The Royal Gardens in Venice reopened

December 17th, 2019

Today at noon the Royal Gardens in Venice have been finally reopened!

After an accurate restoration, both of the gardens themselves and of the architectural setting, this jewel is again visible to the guests in all its magnificence.

The Gardens were created in 1806, as part of the Royal Palace (at that stage, Venice was not an independent Republic any more…), and they hosted a coffee house, a pergola and a draw bridge: everything has been restored to its original appearance.
