A museum full of toys in Venice…

On February 11th, 2020 the opening of the toys museum
On February 11th, 2020 a new museum opened in Venice: close to Campo San Stin, in San Polo district, we can now find Creature di gomma (Rubber Creatures), a little but incredibly rich museum, where we can admire over 5000 rubber toys.

It was created out of Fabrizio Fontanella’s passion: for the past 30 years he has been collecting toys from all over the world, from Disney’s characters to characters of old Italian commercials, up to the protagonists of famous cartoons from different Countries.

The collection hosts pieces mainly of the ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s, and among them some toys are really unique!

It is a museum both for nostalgic adults and curious children, and it definitely deserves a visit!

We would be more than happy to take you there!
